If you are just starting your process of looking for your next school and what your future career might be, you have to first finish your high school education. If you are in high school, you need to finish. If you are out of high school and for whatever reason don't have your diploma yet, you need to complete it.

You can complete your high school diploma or earn your GED. Earning your GED is probably the fastest and the easiest. Your GED is earned by successfully completing the GED exam.
